automatic mechanical movement 表是在手动 mechanical 表的基础 movement 上增加了一套 automatic 上发条的装置，把人体手臂的动能收集起来，存入发条，免去了人们每天用手上发条的麻烦。简单来说， automatic mechanical movement 表=手动 mechanical 表+ automatic 装置。

　　 automatic 机构是 watch movement 中唯一一个能够补充能量的装置，至于 watch的其他附加装置，全部都是消耗能量的。一般的 automatic 部分零件有30-40件，多的有40-50件，包括 automatic 陀、轴承、换向轮、 automatic 过轮、 automatic 夹板、螺钉等。

　　 automatic 装置的工作原理

　　手腕的运动使偏心的 automatic 陀往复运动，通过换向装置，带动 automatic 轮系，保证大钢轮定向向上紧发条的方向转动，不断地上紧发条。所谓换向装置，就是 automatic 陀不论朝哪个方向旋转，始终可以保证上紧发条的特殊结构。

　　人体手臂的动能→势能（位能）→ automatic 陀→换向装置→ automatic 轮系→原动系（基础 movement ），将发条上紧。

　　 automatic mechanical movement 表按 automatic 陀的旋转角度分，有 automatic 和半 automatic 两种。

　　 automatic ： automatic 陀可以360°圆周运动，两个方向均可以上发条。

　　半 automatic ： automatic 陀不能整圆周转动，只能在一定的角度内转动，这个角度为270°左右，但是两个方向All are fine上发条。

　　所以，如果有一段时间不戴，重新佩戴之前请手动上发条不少于20圈，然后每天正常佩戴即可。
